Facilitating Difficult Conversations

An opportunity to focus on the skills needed to engage in difficult conversations with family, friends, work groups, and a wide range of other possibilities. You will learn about norms for engaging and ways to manage the interchanges of all participants. This will only take an hour and is the first of three such workshops. Come with your questions and your open mind.

We'll have fun with role playing, sharing stories, reviewing the updated safety plan and winning prizes! This is our dedicated time to take a look at what we have in place and how we can make it better. Please bring your sense of adventure and your sense of humor. We will have snacks, fun and prizes! "Sangha" means community or association. We are a group of Unitarians and friends from the larger community. We gather at 7:00PM to settle in and begin a short sitting meditation promptly at 7:15PM.
