Playing Together
Spending time together in social activities is an important aspect of our church community. Below are some of the groups which foster our connections to one another. If you don't see an activity listed that you would be interested in, or if you would like more information about any particular activity, please contact the Office Staff.
6300 Dinner Club
This is the premier way for Newcomers and Oldcomers to get acquainted. Participants attend four potluck dinners between October and June; you host one and attend three others; the host provides the entree and beverages. Adults only. Random seating is assigned. Solos and couples are welcome. The 6300 Dinner Club is organized each fall with new groups.Chill & Chat Dinner Group
This social group is open to ll members of our CommUUnity! Monthly gatherings are hed the third Wednesday of every month at 7pm at a different dining establishment. For more information, contact Tara at tarark617@hotmail.com or look for information in the newsletter.
Choir
The Unitarian Church Choir performs at one Sunday service a month and is open to all members and friends. If you like the challenge of reading music and would enjoy participating in the Sunday services, simply come to one of the rehearsals in the church auditorium. The current rehearsal schedule can be found on the Worship Arts page.
Coffee House
The GLBT & Allies Coffee House takes place at the church one time each quarter. It's a casual, safe gathering place which features a different form of entertainment each month. Watch the newsletter for details.
Game Night
Game night is the second Saturday night . Potluck at 6:30 PM, games at 8:00PM. All adults welcome. Come and have a good time. If you’d like to, bring your favorite game. Game night is hosted in participants’ homes or at the church.
Men's Discussion Group
This group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings, 7:15pm, in the glass classsroom at the Church. The topics are eclectic and newcomers are always welcome.
Men's Potluck
The Men's Potluck group meets the second Monday of every month at 6:30 PM at the church. All men are invited to attend to enjoy good food and conversation. Table service will be provided.
Movie Night
Last Friday of every month • 6:30 pm Social Time - 7:00 pm Showtime
BYO Beverage and Snacks • Free will donations accepted to cover the movie licensing fee.

Newcomers Corner
The Newcomers Corner invites anyone interested to attend Newcomers Chat at 11:15 AM on the first Sunday of each month in the Church Library (Room 2)
One-Hour Choir
The One-Hour Choir is a singing opportunity for all ages and abilities. Each appearance of the choir is a one-time, self-contained, show-up-that morning, open-to-all experience. When it's scheduled, you show up Sunday morning at 9:00, rehearse one or two songs and then sing in the service. UU Wind Ensemble
The UU Wind Ensemble meets regularly and welcomes new members, both youth and adults, with various levels of experience: from those dusting off instruments that have been stored too long to those who have picked up an instrument well enough to play sheet music to those who are confident enough to noodle around a little. Although the ensemble is composed primarily of woodwind instruments, brass and string players are welcome too. Please contact Rachel S. (802-2592, cleocatra45@yahoo.com) for further information.
Young Adults & Newcomers
A new Young Adult and Newcomer group has begun meeting at the church every other Sunday evening. If you are a 20-something or 30-something young adult or a newcomer to the church, you are encouraged to attend. Further information may be obtained from the Office Staff. Childcare will be available.
Youth Choirs & Band
Our children have opportunities to be involved with three choirs and one youth band. Further information about each of these groups can be found on the Worship Arts page.
