We each contribute to the work of the church
Our church relies on members to take on some of the big leadership roles in the church, but we also welcome small, occasional contributions of time. Please contact the task organizers listed below or the
Office Staff if you'd like more information on how to get involved with this sort of work in the the church.
Audio-Visual Team
A cadre of technologically-interested members provide audio-visual support for each of our worship services. They are responsible for assigning mics, controlling sound levels, assisting with projections and stowing equipment after the service. This group is always seeking new participants. Contact
Don Pinkley.
The Bakery and Kitchen Angels
The Bakery and Kitchen Angels assist with providing support for special occasions. Talk to
Karen Dienstbier or
Jean Helms if you want to be put on the list of Angels who help with receptions and memorial services.
Bookstore
We accept book donations continually for the bookstore, and raise over $1,000 each year towards our operating expenses.
Denise Dickeson is your go-to person to offer your support.
Coffee Servers

Fellowship time after our Sunday morning service includes coffee and tea. We rely on volunteers to help with this offering. Please consider putting your name on the sign-up sheet near the coffee window. Training included. Our Coffee Coordinators are Nathan Woodruff and Harris Lehl. Please contact
Nathan if you would like to get involved.
Mowing Posse & Weeders For Peace

The Grounds committee has some special friends who are trained to use the riding lawn mower or get together once a week to tend to the landscaping.
Jackie Egan is the person to talk to about how to get involved.
Office Posse
This select group of volunteers covers the office duties once a month. Not much more than unlocking the doors, and turning on the lights and the coffee machine. Talk to Jean Helms, our Administrative Director, if you want to find out more about how to join the team!
Newsletter Assembly Crew
There is a special group of men and women who get together once a month to fold and label the hard copy newsletters. We gather for just under two hours to do this light work over friendly conversation. If you would like to get on the email list you can contact the church office or just check the calendar and surprise us!
Pulpit Decoration
Sunday morning worship is made more beautiful by the contributions of our Pulpit decorators. Those interested in providing a display for the front of the auditorium may sign up for a Sunday by contacting the pulpit organizer,
Barb Brant.
