2024 WINTER CONGREGATIONAL MEETING AGENDA Town Halls Sunday, November 24 at 11:30 AM LIVESTREAM and in person Sunday, December 1 at 11:30 AM LIVESTREAM and in person At the 2024 Winter Congregation Meeting on Sunday, December 8 at 11:30AM, members will vote whether to approve the 2024 Spring Congregational Meeting minutes, vote on Nominations Committee candidates and the proposed 2025 Operating Budget. 2024 SPRING CONGREGATIONAL MEETING MINUTES NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE CANDIDATES PROPOSED 2025 OPERATING BUDGET HOW WILL VOTING WORK? Voting will be done by VIRTUAL BALLOT through a Google Form linked to this governance page of the website and sent in an all-church email on December 8, 2024. If you are not able to vote online, you may pick up a physical ballot from the church office after the Winter Congregational Meeting on Sunday, December 8, 2024 and either fill it out right away or turn it in on Tuesday, December 10 before 11:30 AM. (Please remember that the church office is closed on Mondays.) The Virtual Ballot will go live on Sunday, December 8, 2024. Voting will be open for 48 hours from Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 11:30 AM to Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 11:30 AM. At the Spring Congregational Meeting on Sunday, June 2 at 11:30AM, members will hear reports from key leaders. Members will also vote for Share the Plate recipients and Board Candidates. BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board Trustees are elected to serve three-year terms. The Treasurer is appointed to a two-year term.

Board Priorities 2023-2024:

Board Priorities 2023-2024:
- We commit to aligning staff and ministerial salaries with the UUA suggested midpoint guidelines.
- We commit to implementing a funding plan for building and grounds sustainability.
- We commit to increasing involvement and engagement across all parts of the congregation and strengthening volunteer leadership.
- We commit to expanding collaborative efforts on human rights advocacy including but not limited to Justice in Action, legislative advocacy, and social movements that align with our denominational values.
