PROGRAM COUNCIL
In conjunction with paid staff, the day-to-day operations are governed by the Program Council. The Program Council is organized into six clusters. The chairs and task organizers within each cluster have their own goals and projects. Contact information is maintained and listed alphabetically by the name of the group or committee in the Committees and Activities Leaders document at the button below.

The Board of Trustees (BOT) has established the following priorities for 2025:
- to use our interim period to discern who we want to be as a church - in terms of size, programming, priorities, and congregational life.
- to manage our current budget to best meet the needs of the congregation during this time of transition.
- to use UUA resources and other programs relating to leadership, faith development, etc., to strengthen and broaden our understanding and knowledge of congregational needs and support in a changing cultural environment.

The Winter Congregational Meeting is held in early December. The Spring Congregational Meeting is held in late-May or early-June. We precede these meetings with two Town Halls in order to present information and give members an open forum to ask questions.
