The organization chart is in the process of being updated - this 2024 UCL ORG CHART - another update coming out this summer. The members are the top tier "stakeholders" in the church, of course, and there is a democratic process to elect lay leaders such as Board of Trustees (BOT) members.

PROGRAM COUNCIL
In conjunction with paid staff, the day-to-day operations are governed by the Program Council. The Program Council is organized into six clusters. The chairs and task organizers within each cluster have their own goals and projects. Contact information is maintained and listed alphabetically by the name of the group or committee in the Committees and Activities Leaders document at the button below.

- to use our interim period to discern who we want to be as a church - in terms of size, programming, priorities, and congregational life.
- to manage our current budget to best meet the needs of the congregation during this time of transition.
- to use UUA resources and other programs relating to leadership, faith development, etc., to strengthen and broaden our understanding and knowledge of congregational needs and support in a changing cultural environment.

The Winter Congregational Meeting is held in early December. The Spring Congregational Meeting is held in late-May or early-June. We precede these meetings with two Town Halls in order to present information and give members an open forum to ask questions.

CONGREGATIONAL MEETING SUNDAY, JUNE 8, 2025 AT 11:30AM IN PERSON AND LIVESTREAMED ON YOUTUBE We will present information and invite questions at the two Town Halls May 25, 2025 and June 1, 2025. The Town Halls are your opportunity to meet the board candidates and ask questions about any of the agenda items.
At the Spring Congregational Meeting on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 11:30AM, members will hear reports from key leaders. Members will also vote for Share the Plate recipients, Ministerial Search Committee and Board Candidates. All ballots must be turned into the church office no later than Tuesday, June 10 at 11:30 AM. (Please remember that the church office is closed on Mondays.)
