BACK IN PERSON

​Our Youth In Action group has started meeting
twice per month. This program is for our middle
and high school youth. They focus on discussion
and social justice work. This last month they
collected warm items to hand out to people who
are unhoused.

This April they will host our traditional Canned Food
hunt with items going to the Eastridge Food Pantry.
If you have canned food or nonperishable items to
donate, please bring them to the church. There will
be a bin outside the office door until Easter Sunday.

Our K-5th grade group is both online on zoom as
well as in person until the Covid dial is in green at
which point we will only be in person (for as long as
it is feasible to do so). We are meeting as an
ingathering group of mixed ages due to a lack of
volunteers.

We also are in need of childcare providers for our
youngest UUs under age 5. For the time being, nursery
nd preschool students are invited into the ingathering
r to stay with their adults. We will shift into the preschool
Room if we need to accommodate our little ones.

We continue our UU Pen Pal program where we
matched children with other children. They will be
finding out their mystery friends on April 10th -
stay tuned for more info.

and could really use some extra hands. If you are
