SPRING CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

Members will vote for a new Program Council Chair, three new Board members, adoption of the 8th Principle, and Share the Plate Recipients. We will also hear annual reports from key leaders.
Supporting documents are being uploaded to the Governance Page of the website. This is also where the Spring Congregational Meeting Ballot will go live on May 21. You will receive an all church email on May 21 with instructions and links.

Join us in person or online as we hold two Town.  Halls to provide information and invite questions on April 30, 2023 and May 7, 2023 in preparation for the Spring Congregational Meeting.

WHAT IS VIRTUAL VOTING?
Virtual Voting will be done with a Google Form in the special blast on Sunday, May 21. Members who are not able to vote online may pick up a paper ballot from the church office. Voting will be open for 48 hours from Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 11:15AM to Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 11:15AM. Results will be announced in the eblast at 4:00PM on Friday, May 26, 2023 and also on Sunday, May 28, 2023 as a part of the Sunday Worship Service.

VOTING MEMBERS
In order to vote you must be a member in good standing. In order to be a Voting Member at the 2023 Spring Congregational Meeting, you must meet both of the following criteria:

• Signed the membership book more than one month ago
• Made a pledge to the Unitarian Church of Lincoln for 2023
