Incarceration disproportionately impacts people of Color so this work is a part of dismantling white supremacy. This course is for anyone who is curious or possibly interested in participating in the UU Worthy Now Pen Pal program which pairs incarcerated UUs with UUs on the outside. I’ll go over the history of the program, eligibility, the application process, and insights from my participation and from incarcerated folks’ perspectives in addition.
